Felixstowe Area Community Transport Scheme (FACTS)

FACTS is a service devoted to helping disabled and mobility impaired people to get away from the four walls of home, to visit the supermarket, get to the surgery, to see friends or relations, or to attend club meetings We also arrange weekend excursions and evenings at the theatre. Our Mini-bus is a well-known sight around the town as we cater for more than 200 regular users, many of whom regard us as their lifeline to the outside world 

                            WE ALWAYS NEED VOLUNTEERS
Could you spare a little time to drive one of our vehicles, become a passenger assistant or to work in the booking office.  Any time you could give would be of great value to our community.  Full training will be given for all roles, all you need to do is to ring 01394 282857 and discuss it with our manager.
