 Our Chairman,Chris Wheddon moved to Felixstowe in 1976 when the BT’s R&D establishment moved to Martlesham. He spent his entire working life, of 40 years, in BT.Since leaving BT he has been the Chairman of the Univerisity of Suffolk company, a Trustee for a local charity and helped Age Concern Suffolk planning a respite centre.He is member of the Rotary Club of Felixstowe Languard and Chairman of Facts, which he joined in 2006.He is married to Katrina and has two sons that work locally. He enjoys Golf , Gardening and looking after the Grandchildren. Chris became our Chairman in 2008 and is committed to providing an ever improving Dial a Ride service to our members and to expanding the service to include a Community Bus serving the local and surrounding community.
